About Me

I’m Daniela Baez — a video producer with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to creating impactful, high-quality content. My work spans studio operations, live broadcasting, podcast production, and multi-camera directing across a wide range of platforms, audiences, and environments.

I currently lead productions at IBM’s One Madison studio, supporting high-visibility livestreams and executive-level content. Previously, I launched and ran podcasts, built production workflows, and held roles at Seacrest Studios, LiveX, and SiriusXM that sharpened both my technical instincts and my creative range.

From scripted narratives to live events, corporate content to entertainment — I’ve shot in studios, conference rooms, hospitals, and on location, and I’ve seen projects through every stage: planning, shooting, editing, producing, production management, and publishing. I do it all.

I’m fluent in Spanish and French, and equally fluent in the language of the studio — Blackmagic, Tricaster, vMix, PTZ systems, Adobe Premiere, Avid, and more. I thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and love collaborating with diverse teams and talent.
